The trip finished nicely until check-out. Check-out time was 10 AM and we asked for late checkout since our flight was at five. 300 pesos per hour. We have taken our grandkids to the Pacifica and they cried when we had to go home. So many activites for everyone to do, Alex in the activities has so much energy. Service is fantantic and I felt like a queen. We now have the Aqua timeshare and can hardly wait to return. Last year we brought friends and they bought in the new units in Zihuatanejo. We love the Pacifica and Betty in Sales.

2 on-site restaurants were excellent. The buffets were very good, the beach service and lunch menu was terrific, the ocean and sand was amongst the best. If you like climbing hundreds of stairs, this place if for you. If you like being harassed into buying a time share here, this is the spot. If you like the sound of construction all day every day, look no further.
We will not recommend this "resort" to anyone, ever.

Just returned (4/07). This is a family resort and our boys had a great time in the ocean. The views were lovely and the room was clean but the golf section of this resort is in need of major upgrading. The beds were not comfortable. For a good spot on the beach, be prepared to get up at the crack of dawn! Don't think we will return to Pacifica.

This place is not customer service friendly, they stole money from our account and refuse to give it back. Customer service is non-existant. Spent 4 days of a 7 day trip strying to straighten this mess out, and in the end got nothing back. This was the worst experience I have ever had traveling.

The waiters, cooks, and staff were wonderful. The service was 5 star and they treated us like little "princesses". We had the best vacation ever, and it was thanks to the Pacifica resort staff and facility!
