A charming place to stay.My husband and I stayed at the Bear Creek Inn during our honeymoon in 2000. The room we stayed in was cozy and charming. When all was said and done we slept great. There weren't any noise problems. The staff was kind and hospitable, but not in your face. You could make yourself at home, but ask for anything you needed. The hot tub on the roof ...3 of 3 Yahoo! Comfortable and pleasently quaint.My wife and I stayed here back in 1997. At first it was difficult to find (at street level all you see is the door, easily missed).
PROS: We really enjoyed the roof-top spa, with exceptional 360 degree views! Quality breakfasts too.
CONS: Expect somewhat narrower hallways, and a little less natural light than you may be used to.
