We were pleasantly surprisedWe were a little concerned about the quality of this place due to the economy pricing. Our fears were groundless, and fiteen minutes after arriving, we extended out reservation by three days. The facility is older, but is extermely well maintained,and very clean. Will stay again!Our first time in Branson and wasn't for sure where to stay. I read the
many good reviews about 12 Oaks Inn. Called the day before we left and reserved a room for 3 nights. Talked to Alan at the front desk who was very nice and gave directions to the hotel. Wonderful place to stayI have stayed at the Twelve Oaks Inn twice this year and I am going back next week. This is a great place to stay. The pool is awesome and the rooms are so clean. Really nice - again!We stumbled upon this motel last year and really liked it. Really nice accomodations and very affordable. I recommended this location to other friends this year and they also enjoyed it. Just a couple of blocks off the strip, but not a problem if you're driving. Also very quiet at night. WONDERFULL!!!!!!!!!IF U WANT TO STAY OFF THE STRIP, BUT NEAR THE STRIP THIS WOULD BE A PERFECT PLACE TO STAY!!! VERY QUITE AND OH SO CLEAN. Family Apartment Was Perfect! Awesome Stay!We had looked everywhere for a place where my whole family could stay in one room! We found it! The Twelve Oaks has a room "401" which has 4 beds, one bathroom, two separate rooms and a kitchen! IT was perfect! I love this hotel!we have stayed there too many times to count. it is very clean and the service is great. we have stayed in the double queen rooms, the family suite with two queen beds and bedroom with the queen bed, we are currently getting ready to stay in the one-bedroom apartment. i enjoy this hotel very much and i continue to use it.1 of 1 Yahoo! Great Place to stay with familiesWe went to Branson for Spring Break and stayed at the Twelve Oaks Inn! We booked a family suite with 3 queen size beds, perfect for our family. There is a separate room in this suite, perfect for my husband I to have a little privacy :) The kids slept in the front room where there were 2 more beds.
