We stayed here for 1 week. Older place, nothing fancy but very clean, nice friendly staff. Stove, ref., microwave and it is right on the beach. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends. Thank you Sage & Sand for a great week.

One of the few places left that feels like " old Florida" - the rest have fallen to the Large empty condos--What A Shame!! For me and my family it's the only place we've considered staying the last 4 years and going back in June of 09. Pool is always clean and sparkling-Rooms get cleaned everyday. All rooms are just steps from the sand-

Sage 'N Sand has changed a whole lot. The new management staff need to learn people skills and how to treat their guess. We have been there several times and it was unacceptable. Our last stay was very unpleasant. The building is old and needs a lot of repairs. They need to invest in a new manager, because the current one is NOT doing his or her job.

After staying here for numerous years we were very disappointed about the new management. First the room we were promised and written on our mail confirmation was not available. We know it is an older motel but this is the first time we considered it not being clean. Management was NOT friendly at all. What happened to the customer coming first? We will now be finding a new place to stay.

My family has always stayed her and i have been around 15 times in my lifetime. been few years since our prior stay but it is definetly old florida w/lots of same families returning every year or so. quiet and peaceful. not crowded and clean. staff is family friendly for sure. have never had any problems at this hotel. cant wait to be there in a couple of weeks to take my 2 yr old for his first florida visit.

We have been going to the sage n sand for25 year.We go at thanksgiving time.We have always loved it there.But the past 5 yrs. the people that work there have been really rude.Its not a place to take kids.And the prices have gone up too much.I have sent other people there and they say they liked the place but the workers were rude.i would hope that something will be done about that.I guess we will be looking for somewhere else to stay.
