Breakfast and staff were great. Showers were cold and not fixed as promised. Even low priced hotels such as this should have at least hot water. No compensation was offered.

Location is nice because it is not far off the interstate, yet far enough that the noise doesn't bother you. Very clean motel and recently updated. I would stay at this motel over any of the others in Brookings, SD

The rooms were very clean, the staff extremely polite and helpful.
It was a delicious free breakfast. One of our group was ill, and they gave us extended time to check out. Reasonable rates.
