I've have stayed at this hotel many times and have never had any problems. The staff is very friendly and courteous. On this trip I had several friends with my family. After our first night, the staff had towels for the pool ready and waiting for us.by the time we returned for the evening. They knew we liked to go swimming when we got back! :)

We had to have a room fast as our house caught fire in the middle of the night. The local police steered us toward Ridgemark at 3 in the morning. The Desk Clerk went out of her way to help our family get settled in a room. The next day the Manager helped us find temporary lodging in one of their efficency apartments. Great Staff, clean room. Thank you for all your help!

nice room for a fair price. wireless high speed internet-pool & hot tub-HBO for under 50 bucks during the week. tell them you're in town on business and you want the corporate rate.

I stayed at this hotel many times. I have never had a unpleasent stay. The rooms are well kept and always sqeaky clean. The people who work there are always helpful and very nice! The hot tub in the public pool area is always nice after a hard day! If your looking for a home away from home this is the place to stay not to mention the rates are very reasonable.
