My boyfriend and I stayed last week and we loved every part of this gorgeous hotel. Our room was very comfortable with a king size bed, fireplace, huge plasma TV and even a TV built into the mirror in the bathroom! The people at the hotel and restaurant were very warm and couldn't do enough for us. Food at Zees was great.

Thank you Shaw Club Hotel and Spa for an outstanding stay with you. Your rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet, the food at Zees was amazing and the staff were beyond great. I understand they have gone through quite a few renovations and that their management team is new, but what ever you are doing, keep it up!!

Made a reservation two months in advance, and three weeks before the trip my plans fell through. I cancelled the reservation and they charged me $25. I've never been charged a cancellation fee, especailly when I give the hotel three weeks in advance. Apparently, it doesnt matter how long in advance, if you change or cancel the reservation ...

From the moment we checked in we were treated first class all the way. The room was large, clean and modern with tasteful decor. The bathrooms alone are worth a review all by themselves. The dinner we had at Zees was wonderful and I can't wait to go back.
