Great location... Bad accomodations.I'm actually staying here right now. JUST found out that all of the pilows in the room are down. I'm pretty allergic to the stuff, don't ask me why. Wifey went down to the desk while I put our boy to sleep, and they said "Yeah, we had a customer complain about that before..." Really? And you opted to do nothing? ...Was this review helpful? Wonderful StayThis was a stay which we enjoyed from the start. The room was clean and well maintained. Service was excellent and the atmosphere very pleasant. Located next to a bus stop so it is easy to access downtown and the waterfront and many more attractions.

Cheap, convenient, and cleanJust remodeled, all new beds, carpet, etc. In room coffee and blow dryer nice touch for the money. Very convenient to Greenlake- great for rowing events! Horror StroryOk, after reading the guidelines I will keep this short.
The motel was long on promises, short on delivery or even common courtesy. I was disappointed in that when the sink stopper broke, the front desk said they would repair it. Extremely poor customer service and unclean.On June 11, 2005, I visited the Emerald Inn to view one of your rooms, room 216, for quality based on an anticipated stay.
