Went there for weekend getaway. the room was clean and quiet. was off-season so that was a plus. cactus petes across the street offers more but the Horseshu is smaller. am going back next week (july) will see how it is then

Made reservations asking for ground floor due to medical equipment that would need to be brought in to room. Also wanted joining rooms so that I could have help with medically fragile person. I called and talked person to person with the reservation desk and was given reservation conformation. However when we got there one room was on the ground ...

The room was not clean, and the noise was unbearable all night.. The security officers were too busy taking smoke breaks, and the Hotel management was very rude. The attitude of Cactus Petes is we have no competition to worry about, so either take our attitude, or drive another 60 miles in the snowstorm... Do yourself a favor and never stay in this casino...

We've stayed at the Horseshu back in the early 90's and this year and what a sad change. Perhaps the issue is, there's been no change, the building is in dire need of normal upkeep which does not seem to be a priority.

For the price? Please I've seen National motel chains that give you better accomodations for less than the price Horseshu charged!

Won't plan on staying there again.

Excellent Value. Even though our puppys don't smoke, we must take a smoking room, but they do a very good job of deodorizing the rooms. The cigarette smoke is barely detectable! We do enjoy our stays fall & spring.

This hotel was very clean and was very quite. I just wish check out was at like 12 or 1. I didnt get much sleep.LOL

I loved the food & the low prices.The people are the nices ones who served me 7 my friends. I haven't been able to go the last 2yrs.,& that is why I want to go back to Jackpot,Nev.

We thought the Horseshu was excellent!!! Not only were the rooms clean and comfortable, the hot tub was nice also! Who sleeps when you're having fun?! The band was awesome, and honestly, the Horseshu had the most entertaining 21 tables around and the dealers were very nice and fun. We sat at one table for 6 hours! We are planning going back next month and the Horseshu is where we always stay!
