We only spent one night at the C'mon Inn, but if we are ever in the area we WILL stay there agian. Very happy with everything; great location, modern/stylish rooms, awesome TV in room, all around nice place for cost and town.
Only thing we thought was weird is the pool area and lobby are all one big open area.

I paid $113 including tax....so the price is not listed correctly on the internet. The pool was okay, the "spa" was the size of a Jacuzzi suite at other hotels for the entire hotel to share. My family's experience was just average....not sure we would return!

The service was okay, I was upgraded from a single room to a poolside for only an additional $10. My son and I were in the hot tub with one adult and it was packed. The hot tub is very tiny!! The breakfast was much better at the AmericInn in Park Rapids and that's probably where we'll stay next time, unfortunately...

This is the only place to stay in Park Rapids in the winter. Pay extra for a pool side room - it's worth it, especially with small kids.
Continental breakfast is a nice addition.

Nice hotel but no kiddie pool for my 3 year old.
