If you stay here use the latch to secure your door from the inside. The staff "No habla" will try to barge in without knocking. I called the front desk to complain after the second time in 15 minutes before 9am Saturday morning. I was told the help didnt speak english and were hard to train. I thought knocking was a universal language. hmmmm...

Location was the main draw since I had to visit Santa Clara University over the weekend - less than a mile away from the hotel. Room was clean and had lots of space. Great front desk service and yummy donuts for breakfast. Lots of parking and places to eat close by. No complaints.

We stayed for a few days and loved it here ...A family of 4 room was clean and almost looked new ...the morning treats and staff are great ...would stay here everytime we go to Great America or other fun things in this area...

This hotel is rated 3 stars in a number of places. Its best feature is that you have free wireless Internet in each room. But other than that, it's not a place you would want to come back to. My room had torn wallpaper, rips in chairs and a stale smell (in a non-smoking room).
The location is not very close to stores or shops. It's not a place I would return to unless I was looking for a cheap place that I could use my laptop at.
