I thought the place was set up very well it over looked a creek it was nice to hear the water flowing over the rocks..I thought the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable for a motel..Staff was super nice..The only thing i wish is that the bathroom was bigger you can barely move around in there. we will are going back again next year..I though it was worth the money we found a good deal..
The location is fine but that is it! The room was dirty. Hand prints were in the dust on the refrigerator. Layers of dust on the tops of the drawers of the dresser. Odd layout with the worst beds I have ever slept on. We asked for an extra pillow because the pillows were so old and thin. We were told that they could get us one the next day! ...
our stay here was fantastic. You could see the mountains from the front door balcony and then the back door balcony overlooked the river. we happened to be there during the last part of the rod run. You could not hear anything in our room. It was like they were in a different town. We opened the front and back doors during our stay and enjoyed ...
We had a wonderful view of the River. My children enjoyed feeding the Ducks and walking on the rocks. We will be back!

LOVED IT!

We stay at Creekstone 3 or 4 times a year when visiting the Smokies. It's very relaxing with the river & feeding the ducks. There is a camp ground across the river but it is clean & quiet. The only minor inconvenience is the pool is across the street from the hotel. This is a nice hotel for the price & we plan to stay at Creekstone when we visit the Smokies in the future.

The room was not clean--the carpet next to the bed smelled of urine. The configuration of the room was strange. The location was not convenient for us. Very overpriced for what you get--room at a new hotel was $20 cheaper and 100% cleaner.

Nice Quiet Place

We booked our suite on Saturday to arrive on Monday. Staff was very accomodating with our request for a suite with a jacuzzi. Rooms were clean, suitable for a quiet relaxing stay. Balcony overlooks campground, but we enjoyed "people" watching. Covered parking on the ground floor was nice. Overall, we would stay here again.

Looks much better on the internet. The rooms are very small, esp the bathrooms. The elevator is vey hot and slow. There is no shade area at the pool or umbrellas. Also no rest rooms close by.Not to mention it is across the street from the hotel.
Reasons #1.When we checked in I looked around and in the bath, the shower curtain had mildew stains. #2.TV Remotes were dead, they had to come put batteries in. #3.The carpet was black, we would shower then , before bed our feet was black. #4. The pool was green and salty. None the less , I had to be treated at the Medical Center while I was ...

the worst

This was quite possibly one of the worst places I've ever stayed. The "Non-smoking room" had so much residual cigarette smoke in the carpet, draperies, bed linens, that we had trouble sleeping. At 4:00 a.m. we got up, called the desk and were told there was nothing that could be done. The "view" across the creek was of a ...
