We stayed at the Sea View a few years back in one of the larger units with 2 bedrooms and a fold out couch in the living room.

The studio we stayed in was quite small for the two of us - the bathroom was a bit smaller than we expected. But considering the location and what we were looking for in a room, we found it to be perfect. The next time we will definately choose a larger room. They did a pretty good job cleaning the room.

We made our reservations. And A week later we had to change them. We were charged 15.00 service fee and then they changed our ocean sweet to a studio for 2 adults and 2 children with out telling us. We ended up canceling and stayed at another hotel.

we stayed in two different studios while we were there. the first was so small, the full sized bed barely fit. it had one basement sized window. the toilet and shower were seperated from the room with a "curtain" and you had to stop over the toilet to get to the shower. very tight quarters for the two of us and our small-ish dog. when we ...

Old Orchard Beach is a great place to go on vacation especially at the Sea View motel. My family and our best friends go up for Labor Day weekend and never want to leave. It is in walking distance from the amusement park, which is great, and it is right on the beach, with a great pool. The hotels are very clean and have great air conditioning. It is my favorite place ever, it is great.

We had a nice trip to New England planned when my husband had a medical emergency at the last minute and we had to cancel. We gave 4 days notice but were still charged an entire nights stay, even though it was an emergency. So beware of that before you make your reservation. I think we'll stay elsewhere next time we plan.
