We just stayed there and left after 1 night, too expensive, pool dirty, room was dirty, no pool chairs and the jacuzzi was nasty with mold and mildew. Beautiful setting on lake erie but not worth the price. They wouldn't even give us a refund or switch to another room. I will never stay there again

Stayed three days, upon returning second day, room service had been in our room, but nothing at all was done. Staff very unfriendly, asked for assistance on computer in lobby, and was treated very unfriendly at a very slow time for them. I would not stay there again !
