I was told one price at check in,I was given another price at check out. Two days after check out I was charged an additional one hundred and six dollars on top of the one hundred sixty nine I already paid. This was a totally Un-Authorized charge. DO NOT GIVE THEM A CREDIT CARD #.

It was the most beautiful walk down to the beach through beautifully manicured walkway, and gardens. The breakfast was superb, came fresh and what was supposed to be hot, was. The rooms weren't huge, but we only hang out there to sleep. They were however, clean, and pretty. Towels were offered in the main lobby for the beach. We also had fun on the putt putt course. I would definitely stay here again.

Here's what I did NOT like about La Fiesta: the filthy shower and the filthy jacuzzi tub. The shower floor was dark with grime, the shower walls were streaked with set in filth. When my showers at home even begin to look that bad, I head in there with a bottle of soap scum remover and a good half hour of scrubbing. The housekeepers there ...

My husband and I rented a room for our first wedding anniversary. When we returned to the room after dinner, there were six cockroaches--hanging around the trash can, behind the TV, and under the ac unit. Needless to say, we left immediately--extremely disappointed. The motel did refund our money.

The walk to the beach was only a short distance. Next door was a miniature golf course...and it served ice cream. The hotel was clean. The staff was attentive.

We stayed at this hotal to have a romantic weekend for our anniversary. The bed was hard. The "ocean view" room we stayed in was a bit of a joke - you could almost see the ocean if you looked down a narrow pathway past all of the landscaping and dunes. This hotel was very nice. It's a few miles from historic St Augustine, but the extra drive time was worth it. Very clean and well kept, excellent, friendly staff. And the morning breakfast was a nice touch. The short walk to the beach made the trip complete. And, the final touch was the wireless internet access in the room.

Oh yeah, I'd go back!

The staff was very nice and helpful. Cons: We were charged $115 for a "pool view" room, which I thought was high given the state of the room we got. The beds were so worn out that they were uneven.
