The staff was very nice and helpful. Cons: We were charged $115 for a "pool view" room, which I thought was high given the state of the room we got. The beds were so worn out that they were uneven. The carpet needs to be replaced. Pros: Free breakfast is delivered to your room at a time you choose. The beach is close to the rooms. My ...

No second chance!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/23/05
The first time I visited this hotel, it was wonderful! Great views, friendly staff! So, on a return visit to St.Augustine, I would only stay at this hotel. I mean, great service means a return trip! But on this go around, it wasn't so nice. Bike week was taking place and although Daytona was quite a few miles away, there was still bikers ...

The rates are a very good value for the area. The room was clean. The hotel is near good dining and the old city. There is a mini golf next door.

Quiet oceanfront hideaway
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/07/05
This Inn is located right on the beach in a very upscale neighborhood with multi million dollar homes. So quiet here and peaceful. The landscaping and maintenance here are great. Staff is well informed and friendly. Delivered breakfast was nice and fresh baked goods delicious.

Really Oceanfront!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/13/04
We stayed at this nice Inn for a recent wedding. Our friends booked it here after looking at all the hotels and are we glad they did. This Inn is directly on the ocean, and is very private. A short walk down the Inn's own walkway takes you right onto the beach. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises from our patio. Our room was oceanview and ...

This Fiesta is no fiesta!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/13/04
While the beach is gorgeous, only the $200 rooms have a view of it and then only through a narrow opening between adjacent properties. It's kind of wierd. The rest of La Fiesta is nothing more than an average motel. The rooms are slightly worn out, especially the bathrooms which suffer from deferred maintenance. The free breakfast is pretty good. Otherwise, the pictures of the place are a pretty wild exaggeration. We will not stay there again.

Oceanfront gem of a hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/29/04
It is so nice to stay directly on the ocean, no streets to cross, a short stroll down the hotel's own walkway right onto the beach. The beach has beautiful white sugar like sand. It was so quiet and peaceful here at this hotel and the property and landscaping are much nicer than you can tell on the web. Our oceanview room had a nice wet bar ...
