This is a nice place to stay in Quincy. It offers excellent service. The rooms are clean and they have free HBO, free wireless internet, refridgerator, Microwave. My every dollar spent was worthwhile.

I reserved a room back in August of 06 which ended up being a smoking room. This motel has excellent location. It is near gas stations, Resturants, couple blocks from downtown shops. It is clean and the best motel when you are comparing it to other motels in quincy,Ca. The only motel with 24 hrs service. If I go back to Quincy Ca. I will go back to this motel and I recommend to others who want to stay in Quincy, Ca.

My husband and I arrived in Quincy at 11pm. The entire town was closed except for a grocery store and The Gold Pan Motel. We were able to buy food and pop in the office, and have free coffee. The desk clerk was pleasant and our bed was great.It was very convenient that at that late hour, a housekeeper was on duty who was able to bring us a couple of extra pillows.

The room is very clean-much cleaner than any other low rate motel room I have occupied in California. The high speed internet connection worked just fine on my laptop, and the wood wall paneling gave the room a nice rustic feel. No downside that I can think of. Highly recommend.

the rooms are dark dirty and extremely small. there carpets are old showers are filthy and the rooms smell musty.,its not maintained and kind of depressing were my thoughts.
