If, you plan on being here for an extented period, don't. The extented stay is a block away from the actual Guesthouse. You have to walk across the street to get your free breakfast. We always stay here when we are in Lubbock. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. And the location cannot be beat! It is quiet and close to everything. Highly recommend!

Stains on the floor
TV didn't work unless you held it at a specific angle.
Door fell off the stove

Have stayed 3 times this fine hotel. Small but has great public kitchen area,laundry,good rooms and friendly staff. lunch and dinner places within blocks as well as med center, Tech campus and hight spots for entertainment. Best deal in Lubbock.

I am staying here for a few days, and so far it has been very pleasant! Good Wi-Fi, Friges and Microwaves in-room, AC, Comfy Beds, Good Continental Breakfast consisting of Bread products, Fruit, Cereal, (hot and cold) etc.

Cons: No pool, and convential metal room keys rather than ving-cards, which isn't that bad.

Always friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for obtaining medical services.

The place was rude to customers. Rooms were very dark colored. The breakfast was all bread products no healthy foods at all. The service of front desk was awful. The cleaniness was down right bad. I would not let my dog stay there. The price for a government employee for just right to high when you can stay at the Hawthorne for a cleaner room and cheaper.

great little known place with clean rooms and wonderful service!! The price was so low we couldn't believe the value!! Definitely would recommend
