Love the hotel, hate the serviceInitially, the Parisian guy at the concierge was kind and helpful with me and my friend's queries on how to go about taking the Metro. I asked him if he knew where I could hop on those motorbikes to get to a certain destination and straightaway without much thought, he said "This is not Bangkok!" curtly! Perfect before a flight or to sleep off jet-lagThis hotel far exceeded my expectations for a place to stay so near the airport. I was greeted after a long flight by friendly staff, and a beautiful lobby. My room was exactly what my jet-lagged body needed! Absolutely beautiful room ... too bad we had so little time to enjoy it!Excellent location as far as convenience to the airport and also to the metro. Will definitely stay here again. Airport HiltonThe hotel is very conveniently located to the airport if you have a flight out the next day. There is a shuttle service to the hotel (for which it appears you must call from the airport hotel desk). There is also a convenient shuttle to the airport.
