We had a GREAT experience!Well, all I can say is that we felt just like we were at home. The staff was so friendly, they did more than they had to do to make us feel at home. We felt more welcome than ever at this hotel. No worries at all! Don'y hesitate to stay here!OVERALL

Wouldn't stay anywhere else.This is the ONLY nice place to stay in Florence. Besides the pricy, Driftwood Shores, you get the same (if not better) in-room quality, the best breakfast ever (included, unlike Driftwood Shores) - the oceanveiw. A+++++++++++Everything was immaculate. Just as we imagined. My Husband and I always stay at The Holiday Inn, no matter what town we're in. We will travel the extra mile(s) to find one. DisappointingIce machine not working, spa out of order, maid did not vacuum two of the three days we were there. No offers of any compensation or substitutions for missing amenities.
