Terrible service, I lookied at reviews but didnt heed the advise. Dont visit this place. Managers dont care about you. The folks here are not interested in assiting when you bring a concern to them, like your door lock wont open so you have to spend the entire day locked out of your room.

This was the worst hotel I could have choosen to stay at in Santa Barbara. The room was infested by spiders and when we asked hotel management to switch us out they said that they were going to charge us. Horrible service, would not reccomend it AT ALL! Beware of their whisper policy...the walls are so thin that you can hear everything going on next door and are told that after 10pm you must Whisper!
