Friendly staff, hostess gave us insider tips on where to eat and what was a "must see." She also gave us coupons to go with it which saved the 6 of us about $100. We stayed only one night for a girl's weekend and we were very pleased. Warm pool & hot tub---wonderful after a long day of shopping. Clean room with fluffy pillows---aahhh.

Woke up to bed bugs and blood on the sheets -- management had a complaint the night before and had moved the people to another room, and they reassigned to us the next day. Horrible, horrible, horrible. It's one week later and we still have bites all over us. No refund or apology and the asst general manager avoids us.

Rooms were nice and staff was friendly..........however..........we payed extra to have the indoor pool and we couldn't even use it! Chemicals in pool were so strong my 8 year old son got sick from them..........he was even having trouble breathing the next day. I have e-mailed and called in about this problem at least 5 times, and have yet to get a response! They just don't care!

I read the reviews on this hotel but thought the price was right and the location good. I took a chance. And am I glad I did. Maybe they read the reviews or something but our stay was great. I wasn't a big fan of this hotel. The management was rude. They overbooked and had rented our room out when we arrived and weren't pleasant to deal with or sympathetic to our situation we were put in due to their lack of professionalism. I was expecting a good hotel and they were below average at best. You can find better hotels with more amenities for less money if you just keep shopping. Also, our room was dirty when we checked in.

This place was a real winner. It took 40 minutes to check in and the room we were given smelled terrible. She then moved us to a different room and they did not even clean the room the next day we were gone for 12 hours. No clean towel or anything. Stay with extreme caution....
