Train switching station at back of hotel. Constant noise from trains. Sometimes more than one train going through. If you want to sleep this is not the place.Rooms were acceptable otherwise.

The A/C unit was very noisy and every time one of the neighboring rooms (or we) flushed the toilet, it made a god awful squeeling noise.

AFter spending several days on the road and staying in several different motels (including one Econo Lodge and one Travelodge) we decided to 'upgrade' to this motel. This is a nice enough motel except that I would recommend asking for a room in the front, opposite the train tracks that pass nearby. Needles seems to be a large railroad hub with lots of activity.
I also thought that there was a Continental breakfast of some sort included. It was mentioned in the motel publications. There was absolutely nothing offered by them except coffee.

Great value. Excellent service - staff goes out of its way to make sure you are happy.
Folks who stay at this motel are quiet. The pool is clean and a nice feature. For a little place in Needles, I was surprised to be able to hook up to the internet via modems in the rooms. Good place to stay with a family or on business.
