From the first greeting at the door, my stay was warm, personable, and quiet. Business takes me to New York a couple of times a year and I stay there every time.

Extremely professional staff. Absolutely the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever stayed in, the linens are clean, with a fresh smell and a fresh feel.

I look forward to returning each year for a brief respite.

It was very well decorated. Very clean! I felt very safe there at the Franklin. Wonderful location. The breakfast provided each morning was always something to look forward too. The rooms made you fell like your were at home. The beds were really comfortable.

My boyfriend booked a room for us at The Franklin for his birthday - and it was a real treat. Even though we live in the city, it was nice to "get away" and stay in such an elegant hotel. The rooks are very small, but nicely decorated with gorgeous black and white photos and unique streamlines furniture - nothing at all like most hotels I've stayed in. The Hotel staff were fantastic as well.
