It's a nice place to go and get away! The service is great, the rooms are nice (get one with a hot tub!) The only downside is that there aren't any great bars within walking distance! It's the first place we think of when choosing a hotel in Iowa City!

From the awesome aviation theme (I'm a big airplane enthusist AND a pilot) to the very convenient delievered-to-your-room breakfast, I very much enjoyed my stay here. 10 outta 10, no doubt.

My wife and I have stayed at the Alexis Park Inn several times and have been quite pleased with our treatment. The owner/operaters have given our stays a quite homey experience. If you want a room/treatment that is the same anywhere you go, try a chain. If you want a room/experience where the staff willcall you by your first name, and take a real personal interest in your stay try the Alexis Part Inn.
