front desk staff was very unfriendly, our room didn't get cleaned one day and when we got back from shopping, we phoned the front desk and they said we would have to come down and get some clean towels if we wanted them, excuse me???? Also, pool area ladder had some nasty screws sticking out of it and my grandson (3 yrs old) pointed it out to me. Rooms definitely need to be updated.
