We just spent our long-weekend family reunion at this hotel(over 50 people, ranging in age from perhaps 12 through 94), and we were so delighted that we voted unanimously to return next year (although the hotel doesn't know it yet).

This is where I used to stay when I was a conductor for the BNSF Railroad. It was one of the best hotels the railroad ever contracted with. The service was always really good, and the location was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The complimentary breakfast and the evening snack was much appreciated.

This hotel was great! They were very nice and helpful. The free breakfast in the morning was like eating at a regular restaraunt! And the free drinks and hor'derves bar were fabulous!

The price we were quoted in our reservation was not the price honored by the hotel we paid $235. more than expected. Apon check in we found out the price we were quoted by their reservation agent over the phone was wrong. The management would not honor that price. We could not go else where as no rooms were available.
We have stayed there in the past with out problems the overall staff and management were not and friendly or helpful.

Every room faces the river. There's something about listening to the river and watching the trees blowing in the breeze that is relaxing. The full breakfast has variety, and we can leisurely get up and not have to race to find somewhere to eat. There are a lot of hotel choices in the Portland area, but Oxford Suites is our favorite.
