It was very clean, staff was nice. Only thing I don't like is being charged to park overnight. Paying guests should not have to pay to park where they are sleeping.

Our company has a acoount at your hotel for many years and have our business clients stay there. We also have had many lunches,dinner's, etc. BUT

Overpriced and would not stay in again

We enjoyed the buffet meals but the interior has been updated with a large mirrors and plush seating. The resturant is now where the bar was. The entree meals were over priced. For four people with 2 appies and a meal and pop $160.00.
The meal was okay the appie was good however I would reccomned the pasta it looked fresher and for a 15.00 ...

I booked this hotel online not knowing how far it was to Vancouver, where my cousins were staying and we were meeting daily. Inspite of the distance I found this hotel to be lovely, the room was clean and very pleasant to be in. The bed was extremely comfortable. Out of all the Hotels in Surrey this is friendliest, good workers in every area, and i would return everytime im in the city and highly recommened it to anyone around the world. This is a great place to stay for a night or even a week. There is lots to around the area and a great place to meet other people from out of town.

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night in the middle of July on our wedding night. We were given a room on the 16th floor (Preferred Guest Floor). Check in and check out were quick and easy, room service was great. The room was clean and quite large. We would stay here again. The only problem we encountered was that house keeping tried entering our room twice when we were sleeping, which was quite annoying and rude.
