when we came in , they were more then friendly and accomdating, we loved the atruim and sitting inside for lunch. Overall nice exp.

Room was not clean. Could write your name in the dust on the TV armoire. Black mold around the tub. Beds were very worn and lopsided. The sofa bed was unsuable, cheap wire that mattress rests on was all stretched out leaving one's head about 2 feet below the rest of your body. Terrible.

They allowed children to run the hotel.
Beds were very uncomfortable.
Pool was not clean and the area was around pool was run down.
For what it cost it was not worth it.
Great for a business trip. Not for a vacation.

A great hotel!

This was one of the best hotels I've experienced. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room was extremely clean and the pool/workout area was working great during our stay. Much better stay than other hotels during my vacation.

We loved this hotel. We wished all our hotel stays were this great. The hotel staff was awesome. The restaurant and bar staff went above and beyond to accommodate our party. And the best were the beds and pillows so unbelievably comfortable.

Great rooms, but poor pool area.

The rooms were VERY nice, but the biggest disappointment was the pool area which was freezing. Jacuzzi half worked and combined with the cold air of the room was not a pleasant experience. The sauna didn't work at all. Also, the staff was quite rude when we let them know about these discrepancies, which was unexpected.

Something to smile about

My husband and I have not done much traveling lately due mostly because of the cost of everything. When we booked thru Yahoo travel, we were leary of the room we reserved. Fortunitely, the stay at the Hilton was the best hotel stay experience we've ever had. I thank you so much for recommending the hotel to us. Sincerely, Theresa M. P.S.
