I booked a fireplace king bed room. When we arrived the room had not been cleaned (it was 5pm) they accidently forgot. We went out for the night and returned late at 10pm. It was really cold so we decided to turn the fireplace and heat on. Guess what? They didnt work. DO NOT STAY. This is the only holiday inn that i've ever had problems with.

When I booked this reservation I was guaranteed & I paid for in advance for a King size bed for 3 nights. When I arrived, I was given a Queen size room. Not Too Bad

Hotel is just off of 101, which is great when you are going back and forth to different coastal towns. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel and room clean and spacious. Lighting a little too dark. There is a restaurant next door (did'nt try it, but its there) Like all coastal properties, parking is small and hilly. The area is cool and I felt it would be nice to have an indoor pool instead of outside pool.

The room was exceptionally noisy from outside noise and traffic and room 331 was a balcony room and the curtains couldn't be closed and the automatic lights ...

Staff is friendly, and they have a pool and jacuzzi for guest use. Best of all, it is right off of Hwy. 101 and you can't hear the freeway noise inside your room. This hotel is close to Pismo State ...
