Our room wasn't ready when we tried to check in early. We came back later and they gave us an upgrade with no extra charge. Staff is great. Breakfast was top-notch, there was a wide variety from which to choose. Rooms were clean and surprisingly quiet for being right next to a very busy highway. Good location for U of Arkansas games. All the sports facilities are close and easy to find. We would stay here again.

I was extremely disappointed when i arrived upon what looked like a demolition site with a sign that said "yes, we are open, please park in the rear." There was no pool on the property. The mattresses were cheap and thin. Not enough parking. My room smelled like a wet dog--extremely disgusting. The hotel is apparently near a high crime area (I wish I would have known before making the reservation).

We were impressed by the size of the rooms. They were very nice and had everything you need, but the beds were not comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

The rooms were very clean and large. The staff was very pleasant and let us check in a little early. The breakfast was great, as well. We would definatley stay here again.
