Kobe is outstandingThis hotel is in great location for business and shopping. Excellent areas to walk and see the sites. Service is excellent and the breakfast buffet was huge and tasted very good - both Western and Japanese buffets. Room size was more than adequate and the views were outstanding. Great Internet service.OVERALL

Reception service was COOL & CHILLApparently, the Reception lady doesn't understand too much English which cause her to say NO! No! for whatever services or assistance I asked.
One example is upon check-in, I asked if a stay at New Otani will entitle me to Asia Miles award, she kept on say NO. I told her I saw the message in the web, and she continued to say NO.
Also, in the Lounge where we had breakfast, no one cleaned up the table until you go and asked.OVERALL
