I had a very good time here, i want to thank all the staff for their service, and reccomend it to any one who wants a very relaxing time in a fast city like NYC

My husband and I went to New York City to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversery. The hotel itself was not what we had come to expect from the Four Season. And our dinner at L'Atelier was terrible. At one point my husband felt like he was eating sand, and stated this to the waiter. The waiters' response was that is the type of seasoning the cheif uses. Needless to say, we won't be staying there again.

I had high hopes having read the reviews here and having stayed at other high end hotels in NY - what a dissappointment - hotel was old looking and felt dirty - staff were not caring and distainful. The rooms were a good size - and then at 7.00 am the drilling started at the building site outside my room - it is not reasonable to pay 1,200 dollars ...

I love the place it is great and friendly and we are visiting again for sure!!! The staff were great we used the spa, pool, baby sitter, hot tub, internet and restaurants! It is my all time fave hotel!

The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.

When I went there, the service was slow, and the people at the front desk were rude and obnoxious, like they were 'better' than me or something. The maids were nice and friendly, but weren't so very great at cleaning. The location is great, though! Hope my review is helpful!

First time to NYC. This place was awesome, the service was great the food was as well. WE will surely return.

The people are very nice and helpful when needed. It is very quite and clean. (that is very important in a hotel of that much class)

I like that you can drive a short distance.
The hotels ther are pretty nice up there. I like swimming and i know that the pools are swell!
