excellent service and the people are nice. good location easy to get around the town. room is clean and neat.good view in the around the city.breakfast,lunch and dinner service are excellent.

The rooms are very spacious for a New York City hotel. The beds are heavenly and we would give the bathrooms an A++. If you pick this hotel, you will not be disappointed!

I liked this place because it seemed like the perfect place to site see and make romance at the same time. I like this place because I'll be forever reminded of the memories we made in the place. But I disliked the fact that our time eventually had to come to end.

the hotel was by far the most refined and customer oriented we've ever stayed in. we could not find our credit card and we were still allowed to stay overnight with out a problem! The next day - after we found it, we were so releived, we went back to our suite to relax. The icing on the cake was when we got a call from the front desk saying ...

The Four Seasons in New York may be the best hotel in the world. Inpsiring architecture, perfect service, great food, luxurious roons - it has it all. Only the price will shock, but you will remember the experience for a long time.

I liked everything about this place. I had a wonderful time and enjoyed every minute of my stay. The view from my room was great. I loved the way the house keepers turn down our beds and left the little chocolates on my pillow. The staff there were very helpful at the same time.

Our breakfast order was incorrect for half of our party. When we brought it to the attention of in room dining, they served our correct order an hour later. The next day, our lunch order was delivered 45 minutes after the time we were told it would arrive.
The rooms are fantastic and the 60-second filling tub is great. Unfortunately, the delay in food delivery necessitates use of the honor bar.
