Great placeMy friend was the public relations manager here, so I always got great deals. The rooms are nice, clean, and quiet. Also they have a great breakfast buffet.

Could be betterAfter staying at other hotels in this price range throughout Japan, this one stood out as being.. not quite the best, but good enough.
The location is the biggest problem. To get there from most of Kobe, you will have to take at least 2 different trains, including a small train that only runs to the island where the hotel is built.
