There is not much around the hotel - you have to drive anywhere except for the restaurant in the lobby. The rooms are OK, not super nice but fine for us. Checked in got to the room, first smell was urine. The bathroom floor looked like it had never been washed, the ceiling paint was peeling, tiles were falling off. The tv didn't work. The bed sheets weren't even hemmed, it was like they just cut the fabric and put it on the bed.

The location was ideal for us, in the middle between the zoo, wonderland and downtown Toronto. The rate was the best we could find, and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean enough, the breakfast was good and the pool was enjoyed by the kids.

The night front desk is rude and refuse to provide any help. Housekeeper didn't replace clean towel and empty coffee pot. All blanket have cigarette burn. I will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.
