Front desk was friendly and helpful.A/C did not work correctly,bartender had to read from a book to make simple drinks,ordered room service that never arrived,TV remotes did not work,Breakfast was horrible and very expensive.We had 2 rooms and will stay somewhere else next time.I suggest Best Western look into this establishment.

Ive been in the 3 major hotels in Belize City and let me tell you that the Radisson its good but the Biltmore has been doing improvements that makes it better.
The major improvement its the rooms and the food , now the rooms are nice and the food is good and tasty , also the chef is very friendly .

Hotels in Belize are average at best. The Biltmore is the best of the bunch. Better than the Princess or the Radisson. Friendly staff, good food and clean rooms. If something doesn't work, they fix it right away.

We stayed here two nights when other accomodation in Belize did not work out. The staff quoted one rate all up with taxes, when we chacked out the rate had expanded by about a third. I didn't like the room I was in, the towels were old rough and hard, the plumbing in the room was horrible, it had ants for the fours days I was there.
