My wife and I needed to visit Victoria unexpectedly when we were advised my mother-in-law had just suffered a serious stroke. We emailed several hotels in Victoria advising them of our emergency and sought their assistance in obtaining a room on such short notice.

Your personnel are helpful and friendly and the hotel is comfortable and we had a lovely view from our Juliet balcony. We enjoyed having our 49th Anniversary with you and the staff spoiled us with a great cake and some beautifully cut-up fruit in our room. We have just celebrated our 50th with family here in Nanaimo, but are treating ourselves to another night with you if you have room for us next week.

Great location, extraordinary view. Close to inner harbor, marina, fishermans wharf.
Best pool we've ever seen, indoors and outdoors all season. Restaurant is so-so, but there are so many around close by that this isn't a problem.

We stayed at the marina, very nice facilities enjoyed the pool hot tub ,showers.
Enjoyed the view from the bar, as we had drinks
