My husband and I stayed at Sugar Bay recently while on a business trip. We were with a group of about 40 people. Our room was clean, had a great ocean view and the bed was comfortable. We had the all-inclusive package which included food and drinks. The pool area and beach were clean and well kept. The staff was friendly. When asked if the group wanted to return next year- all voted a resounding YES!

I just returned from having my daughters wedding at the Wyndham sugar bay resort. I have to say that I am VERY disapointed in the service and quality of food at teh facility. Two nights ina row we had to wait over 1 1/2 hours to be seated (with a reservation) and then ot took almost 2 hours to be served.
