carpet needed cleaning. no top sheet for the beds. found ants in the beds. the bathtub was dirty. had mold and mildew in the bathroom. i wouldn't stay here again.

We stayed at the Hawthorn Suites last weekend and had a difficult time checking in early because our room was not ready yet. They did allow us to get ready before the wedding in a vacant room so that was very accomodating of them. This hotel is terrible! You cannot regulate the heat in the room. It's either very hot or you're freezing. When the fan is on, the drapes are blowing all over the place. The blanket I took from the closet was torn and filthy. There should be more wastebaskets and there should be a sink by the microwave. Worst of all, a fight broke out in ...

Rooms were dirty, pool dirty. Wife found a bug in her clothes. Front desk staff acted as if I was an inconvenience when I checked out. At breakfast time there was no room to eat for my family in the eating area. Staff looked on as my family wandered around with food in hand instead of opening another area. We eventually had to go back to our rooms. Will NOT stay there again.

Great room for the price. Allows you to work at the desk or relax and watch tv from a couch, not a bed. T.G.I.Fridays is right next door and if you don't eat everything you can put it in the fridge in your room to heat it up later. I was very pleased with the hotel and their hospitality. It was also very close to my destination
