This place was very sparce, and there was no cheap parking nearby. The staff wasn't the friendliest either. This is just a place to rest your head at night. Be ready for a climb up the hill to get there though.

I'll sum it up before going into detail: - receptionist was away for a long time (sleeping, literally) - was billed for more nights than we stayed for - support people are very rude and refer you to a manager that likely doesn't exist

The hotel itself is ok, pretty much what you expect for the price. We traveled by car and the receptionist recommended to park in a parking lot on the street behind the hotel (where Rue St Norbert ends) because it was "safer" than the street. We stayed here over New Year's Eve weekend, so we expected some noise (which there certainly was plenty of) but we did not expect all of the following:
