I am here in my room at the Ritz Carlton as I write this review. Unfortunately, I ignored warnings and kept my reservation. This island is the most beautiful and serene place I've ever been to. The hotel services were superb and the guest accomodations were 'above and beyond'. The entire staff(from valets thru management) made me and my kids feel like we were #1. Great restaurants, shopping and grocery stores(for late nite snacking!)

What a great experience!

I was at the Ritz about a month ago, for my honeymoon! It was the best place to stay. It is a little farther of a drive, but then you are able to enjoy the views of Maui. It also puts you in a location that is a little less crowded, which is nice. The food was wonderful, and worth every penny. My husband and I can't wait to go back!

I was at this Ritz 12 years ago when it first opened. It was beautiful. I was there for 8 days last week and had the worst experience.
