Just a terrible hotel. First the employees have NO CLUE about anything...its chaos! They obviously were not trained. Secondly, if you are not a celebrity, they treat you like crap. Many hotels in the area that actually care about their guests. WORST HOTEL EVER!

Being told to leave my home for 3 days while the building was being fumigatedd, i searched for a hotel in the neighborhood that would accomodate my cats. This one fit the bill.
But that's about all it fit. From rudeness at the front desk it was downhill all the way. I believe management forgot the lesson about making people feel welcome, ...

If you have ever stayed with the Starwood chain before (Sheraton, Westin, etc) you come to expect certain things from your room. Well, the hotel itself was very well maintained and comfortable. But, the valet staff and staff in the small cafe/bar area were rude to say the least. We were disappointed as most places we have stayed in the past we have not found this to be a problem.

The restaraunt has the absolute greatest coffee I ever tasted anywhere. The security is good, you need a key to access the elavators. The concierge was knowledgeable and helpful, they even arranged our rental car. The room was spacious, high tech and clean, with a view of the 'Hollywood' sign. Highly recommended.

The location of this place was great because it was centrally located from my house and the place where my prom was held. The room was gorgeous and really made me feel very comfortable sleeping in it. In addition I saw a celebrity on each visit. Although, I wish the snacks had been complimentary due to the exhuberent pricing of the room and that housekeeping would have worked more expeditiously overall, my experiences were great.

There's a stated elegance that the hotel exudes from every room. The service is excellent, the amenities (Massages, etc.) leave you feeling like king and queen.
