Manager will change your reservation.I had a two bedroom suite booked three weeks in advance and when I tried to check in, I found out the general manager, Roger Sham, changed my reservation. Despite the fact that we had a confirmation number and the suite held on a credit card, he decided he didn't like the rate I was quoted and moved us to a regular room and sold the suite to ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

We Can't wait to go back !!!!Stayed for our Son's Air Force Graduation , it was great. Clean room ,
10 minutes from the Base. They have a map that helped out allot very nice people and the Texas waffles were Great. I would stay again. If you Son or Daughter is graduating from the Air Force Boot camp I would recomment this highly. I requested a Frig and microwave and ...SHOW FULL REVIEWOVERALL

BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Me and my wife and two kids rented a rm in the ingram western hotel the rm was drity and the toilet were full of ..... so i demanded to get my money back and almost call the cops if the manger didnot return my money .
