This hotel is operated by English speaking folks that are friendly. Lobby is clean & warm & the continental breakfast area is small but adequate. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Walls could use some sound proofing...Early in the morning we awoke to the TV in the room under us. Continental breakfast was a bit of a zoo but not due to lack of effort on the staffs part...the room is too small for the amount of people. We were happy to pay an extra $5 or so to get a fridge and microwave in our room.
