The staff at Coral Sands Hotel are the difference between a good holiday and a great one. Their warm, welcoming and friendly demeanour is second-to-none and certainly well above the five-star international chain hotel we stayed in at Colombo, where the service was terrible.

We enjoyed our stay that much that we are going back again this year.
