Grand Time at the Europe GrandWe loved our stay in your hotel -- great location to walk along the river to all the city sights!!! Big, clean room with lovely views of lake and mountains. Must request air conditioned room or room with view (I guess??) -- fans would be nice in the heat!! Will look forward to staying with you again!!! Your staff was very kind!!4 of 4 Yahoo! Worst hotel yet!My husband and 2 other people with whom I traveled just stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with Trafalgar Tours. There was no air conditioning. We were forced to sleep with our windows open to receive some sort of air flow, which was LOUDLY accompanied by teenagers making tons of noise, screaming, fooling around, laughing until nearly midnight. ...You did not find this review helpful.7 of 8 Yahoo!
