noisyI liked that this hotel was easy to find and was extremely cheap. But, I did not like that the walls were so thin that I could hear every car that drove by and every footstep the person upstairs was taking. NEVER AGAINROOM WAS CLEAN BUT IN DISREPAIR (STAINED SHOWER CURTAIN,CAULK COMING OUT AROUND SHOWER,WATER STAINS IN CEILING. EVERY VENDING MACHINE WAS OUT OF ORDER. WHEN WE TRAVELED OUTSIDE THE HOTEL WE WERE CERTAIN TO LOCK THE CAR DOORS AND MANY SUSPICIOUS LOOKING PEOPLE WANDERING OUTSIDE IN THE STREETS. WOULDN'T STAY THERE AGAIN EVER. OkayWell the hotel was a lot farther from the Orlando International Airport than I thought. The cab fare form the airport to the hotel was $24. The gentleman at the front desk was courteous. If I had any other place to stayNone of the people working there knew what they were doing. I didn't get the room that I reserved and one of the housekeepers made a racist remark about an Indian family (Hindu?) about them being cheap. Wanted a low cost overnight stay and that is what I got.It is a bargin compared to many other places, but it is only a place to sleep, and that's about it. Easy to find. watch your credit card bill!I recently stated there for one night and when I recied my credit card bill I was charged twice!
Customer service was terrible. I have been working with them for 3 weeks now to resolve this and nothing yet!
You are all better off going somewhere else. Orlando has plenty of hotels and there should be no problem finding a better quality hotel at the same rate....
