If you are looking for a relaxing place to rest, this is the place for you. However, the food is disappointing and overpriced, and there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the spa is nice.

We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. We ordered the special dinner course. The taste was so bad. And, no services there. We visited to Spa in the hotel 5 times, but no hotel's person there. We couldn't do the Spa. They charged extra fee that we didn't offer. In addition, they don't refound. So, we spent very bad time at the hotel, and we won't visit Miami and this hotel.
