We stayed at this Hyatt for 2 nights ( celebrating a birthday in Key West) and really enjoyed the hotel. Yes, the hotel was very clean, the location is only a short walk to all the action at Mallory square & Duvall St etc, etc.--- but what really made our stay so special was the friendliness and caring of the front desk employees. When I ...
This was a perfect getaway for us during the Christmas holiday. The hotel was in a perfect location in relation to the main drag (a little away from it which was fine by us).
We stayed at the hyatt last month for our Honeymoon and the hotel was gorgeous. Were divers as well and it was so convenient to walk out our hotel room and see the dive boat. We did the double reef in the afternoon and saw sharks, turtles, tarpon and dolphins on the way back in. Great boat. Great crew! And the shop is right across the street.

We loved the resort! It was top-notch! The location was great, you are close to Duval street and the marina but still you are away from the mayhem and you see the sunset from the grounds or certain rooms.Room selection for sunset is bldg.#3 4th floor front only. The service was unbeatable they could not do enough. Our room was a good size and the ...
We stayed 4 nights here for our 25th anniversary. I am so glad I chose this hotel. The location is the best, you can walk to pretty much EVERYTHING. The restaurant at the hotel is very good, we had breakfast there 2 times. Our room was super nice, newly remodeled, the bathroom is probably the nicest I have seen in a hotel, and we travel alot. ...
Upon arrival we received an upgraded room to partial ocean view! Sweet! Rooms looked exactly like the website photos and was very, very clean with all the bells and whistles. nice hotel, tiny beach facing north - no sun. pricelined it and got a great rate (about $150 a night). best thing about it was the location - halfway between Mallory and the marina, near the north end of Duvall. everything is within walking distance. recently stayed at the Westin which blew it away.

It was amazing to us that such a beautiful property had such indifferent customer service. with a couple exceptions the staff was pretty much going through the motions. A real shame, since the hotel is situated in an ideal location, walking distance to everything. our room was 1st class, and security was good. the bar was a big disappointment: ...

I stayed in the $800 suite and it was marvelous. The room was like a picture out of the HGTV magazine. There was a huge plasma screen tv and the bathroom was magnificent. The balcony was overlooking the ocean.

Hotel extras $$$$$$$$$

Had to pay for Hotel parking, Internet Access and no coffee in the room. Everything had a price tag associated with it. The resturant was excellent but way over priced for the meal. Will not stay there again when I visit. $500 a night with missing freebies is not what I am use to.
